1. Using this website
This website is operated by Silver Fern Travel. By using it you accept these terms. The site presents New Zealand holiday itineraries and pricing for your personal, non-commercial use in planning and booking travel.
2. Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep itineraries, inclusions and prices current, but details can change with seasons, suppliers and availability. The binding description of any holiday is the written quote and confirmation you receive from us, not the website page.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set in New Zealand Dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative conversions calculated at representative rates and refreshed periodically; they exist to give you a familiar sense of cost. All quotes, invoices and payments are in NZD.
4. Intellectual property
The Silver Fern Travel name, fern mark and the original text of this site belong to us. Photography is used with permission of our supplier partners or under licence. Please do not reproduce site content commercially without written permission.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
